Every session is individually tailored to meet and support your needs, weaving touch, breath and movement awareness with advanced table work from multiple healing modalities.
With over 30 years of experience, Val is a Nationally Certified NCBTMB massage practitioner, Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, Certified Trager practitioner, Clinical hypnotherapist, Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher & International Alliance of Healthcare Educator. Her training also includes Craniosacral Therapy, Zero Balancing, Visceral Manipulation and advanced Trager work.
Private sessions are designed to support you in your healing journey, no matter what that might be..on going support, recovery from injury, chronic pain or illness, inner self discovery, releasing habitual restrictive patterns, to restore your health, vitality and connection to a deeper sense of wholeness and ease.
