New to Continuum?
Welcome! All newcomers and beginners welcome to start at the beginning class of any month.
Appropriate for all beings, beginners to advanced yoginis, bodyworkers,healing arts professionals, meditators, dancers, anyone interested in personal exploration, healing and learning.
How to Register:
Continuum classes are $36 for a month (series of three classes) Jungle Gym $24 (for two).

All Continuum & Jungle Classes held in spacious Westside Santa Cruz InnerDance studio fully equipped with Exploreboards, small & large physioballs, rollers, chairs, ties, pelvic swing, cushions & other props for optional use & comfort.
InnerDance Studio is conveniently located a few minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and steps from the ocean.
